Class passes your students carry everywhere.

A ten-class concession card that lives in their phone wallet — not a stamped cardboard rectangle at the bottom of a tote bag. It counts down as they practise, shows them exactly how many classes are left, and tops up at the desk when they buy the next block.

The door, not the desk drawer

As students arrive, whoever's on the desk scans their card and taps "Use a visit" — the card updates within seconds, and both of you can see how many classes remain. When a card runs out, take payment however you already do, then tap to add the next block. Five classes, ten, twenty — you choose when you set it up.

No booking-system integration, no till integration, nothing to break. The scanner runs on any phone or tablet, including the one already at your front desk.

Fill the quiet classes

A coupon handles the "first class free" offer — share it as a link on your website or Instagram, one claim per person, spent once redeemed. And when you need to say something — a workshop, a schedule change, a new teacher — a message to every card holder lands on their lock screen.

Questions studios ask

How do the class passes work?

Students buy a block of classes up front and carry the card in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. Scanning at the door counts one off; topping up at the desk adds the next block once they've paid.

Can I run a first-class-free offer?

Yes — a coupon, shared as a link. Each person can claim it once, and once redeemed it's spent.

Do students need to download anything?

No. The card goes into the wallet app already on their phone. They scan your code once, type their email, and they're done — they can add their first name if they'd like to be greeted by it.

What does it cost?

NZ$39 a month including GST, one plan, unlimited students. The first 30 days are free with no credit card.
