A stamp card that survives the winter.
Paper cards handed out in January are landfill by June. This one sits in your customer's Apple or Google Wallet all year — so when the sun comes back, so do they, three stamps already in.
One scan between orders
Scoop, scan, tap "Add stamp", next customer — the scanner runs on any phone or tablet behind the counter, and the card in their wallet updates within seconds. A family orders four cones? The quantity buttons add four stamps in one tap.
Customers join by scanning a code on the counter — we generate the printable poster. No app, no sign-up form beyond an email, and they can add a first name for the regulars' treatment.
Make the off-season work
A coupon handles the shoulder-season push — "two-for-one Tuesdays this month" shared as a link on your socials. And when you need to say something — new flavours, school-holiday hours — a message to every card holder lands on their lock screen. How a digital punch card works.
Questions scoop shops ask
Do the stamps expire over winter?
No — the card stays in their wallet with its stamps exactly as they left them. That's the point: the customer who got to seven stamps in March walks back in come October.
Do my customers need an app?
No. The card goes into Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, which is already on their phone. They scan the code on your counter once, and the card is in their wallet for good.
What does it cost?
NZ$39 a month including GST — one plan, no setup fee, nothing extra per customer. The first 30 days are free and don't need a credit card.
Does it connect to my till?
No, on purpose. Nothing plugs into your POS, so nothing can break mid-service, and setup takes under thirty minutes.
