Reward your customers for what they spend.

Your best customer isn't the one who comes in most - it's the one filling the freezer. A spend card in their phone wallet adds up every visit: staff tap $10, $20, $50 at the counter, the tally builds, and at $300 they've earned the $10 off you promised. No till integration, no cardboard, nothing to lose.

The counter does one thing

Ring it up, tap it in: scan the customer's card, tap the amounts - $20, $10 and $5 for a $35 sale - and tap Add. The card in their wallet updates in seconds. Rounding is your call, and a generous round-up costs you cents while buying goodwill.

When they hit the target: the redeem button appears on the counter app and the card says the reward's ready. Give the discount at the till, tap Redeem, and anything over the target carries toward their next reward.

Regulars notice

A coupon ("$5 off your first order over $50") shared on your socials brings new faces in, claimable once per person. And when the whitebait's in or the hams are ready for Christmas orders, a message to every card holder lands on their lock screens.

Questions butchers ask

How do staff enter the amount?

Tap preset buttons - $5, $10, $20, $50, $100 - that add up on screen, then one tap commits it. A $35 sale is three taps: $20, $10, $5. It's faster than making change.

Does it need my till or POS?

No. It never touches your till - staff tap the amount into the counter app themselves. That's what makes it a five-minute setup instead of an integration project.

Is the balance money I owe the customer?

No - the tally is just a record of what they've already bought, used to work out when they've earned your reward. The reward is a discount you give at your counter; there's no stored value and nothing redeemable for cash.

What does it cost?

NZ$19 a month including GST, however many customers you have. The first 30 days are free, no credit card needed.
