The regulars chair. Now with a card that proves it.
Your best customers already come back every few weeks. A card in their wallet — next to their bank cards, counting every cut — gives the occasional ones a reason to stop drifting to whoever has a gap today. Tenth cut on the house, or whatever deal suits your chairs.
Stamp at the chair or at the counter
The scanner runs on any phone or tablet — the shop iPad, or the phone in your pocket. Scan the customer's card, tap "Add stamp", done; their card updates within seconds. When they book their next cut is your business, not ours: we don't touch your booking system, your till, or anything else.
New customers join by scanning a code — we generate a printable poster for the counter or the mirror, and the join link works anywhere you can paste it, including your Instagram bio.
Quiet Tuesdays exist. So do coupons.
Alongside the stamp card you can run a one-off coupon — "$10 off any midweek cut", claimable once per customer, shared as a link. And a message to every card holder lands on their lock screen, so "walk-ins free this afternoon" actually gets seen.
Questions barbers ask
How does it work after each cut?
Scan the customer's card on your phone or tablet, tap "Add stamp", and you're ready for the next one. When the card is full, tap "Redeem reward" instead.
Does it connect to my booking system?
No — it connects to nothing at all. It counts cuts and rewards, and leaves your bookings and till exactly as they are.
How much does it cost?
NZ$39 a month including GST. One plan, no setup fee, and the first 30 days are free with no credit card.
My clientele isn't techy. Will they cope?
They point their camera at the code and type their email — that's the whole signup. No app, no password. The card then sits in the wallet they already use for paying.
