Session packs your members actually keep track of.

Intro packs and session bundles are how wellness studios grow — but paper punch cards undo the calm. This card lives in their Apple or Google Wallet, shows exactly how many sessions remain, and counts down as they come in.

Check-in without the friction

Member arrives, you scan the card and tap "Use a visit" — one session off the pack, card updated within seconds, and both of you can see what's left. When it runs out, take payment however you already do and add the next pack in a tap. Three sessions, five, ten — your call.

No booking-system integration required, and the scanner runs on the phone or tablet already at your front desk.

Bring them back mid-week

A coupon handles the intro offer — "first sauna on us", shared as a link on your website or socials, one claim per person. And when a cancellation opens up a prime slot, a message to every card holder lands on their lock screen.

Questions studios ask

How do the session packs work?

Members buy a pack of sessions up front and carry the card in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. Scanning at the desk counts one off; topping up adds the next pack once they've paid.

Does it handle different session types?

Each card is one thing you sell in blocks — a sauna pass, a float pack, an infrared bundle. You can run more than one kind of card at once on the same subscription.

Do my customers need an app?

No. The card goes into Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, which is already on their phone. They scan the code on your counter once, and the card is in their wallet for good.

What does it cost?

NZ$39 a month including GST — one plan, no setup fee, nothing extra per customer. The first 30 days are free and don't need a credit card.
